Just Following up with my story to encourage someome out there. I'll keep updating this post as I progress.
I work for law enforcement. Current permit is to expire in July 2022.... PD: June 1 2021. I-140, I-765, I-131, and I-485 concurrent filing. Centre: NSC. Expedite Requests made via chat with Emma and Phone Call. - 1st expedite request on February 15th, denied. - 2nd and 3rd expedite request on March 2nd and 16th respectively, denied. - 4th expedite request on April 4th was approved on April 8th. - Basis for all four expedite requests was all the same - SEVERE FINANCIAL LOSS. - No request for evidence. - April 12th, NEW CARD BEING PRODUCED! - April 13th, I-765 & I-131 cases approved! - April 15th, combo card is being mailed to me! - April 16th, I-797 notice of action for both I-765 and I-131 arrived my mail box! - April 18th, combo card was picked up by USPS! - April 20th, combo card was delivered to me! No other words, other than "thank you Lord for blessing the labour of my hands!" Glory to God! #Approved Be encouraged, folks.

You can chat with a USCIS Customer Rep via the EMMA platform or call their customer care number.

congratulations!! how did you request to expedite multiple times? specially two times in March? did you chat with Emma and just request to expedite without mentioning prior requests? I requested expedited processing more than a week ago and didnt hear back yet. the status just say thay reference number is not assigned for processing. what can I do?

amyZ S, I don't have a definite answer. What I was told by a USCIS Rep was that after an expedite request is placed and denied, you'll have to wait a week before placing another request. USCIS really can be very particular with the way they operate so it's mostly case by case, I guess. All one can do is do their part and follow up until one gets what they want, of course kindly too. I don't know if you got my question, you can't get to Tier 2 Officer on an immediate chat, a Customer Care Rep will have to put in the request for you and then the Tier 2 Officer will call you. So in other to chat with a Customer care Rep, simply do the following: Click on the Emma tab In the dropdown that pops up, select whatever pertains to you, Then in the chat box, Type Agent. And you'd be asked to briefly describe your concern. (Keep your description short because more than half the time you will still repeat that same concern to the Rep once Emma connects you). Then Emma will connect you to a Rep. I hope this helps.
