@Samara R online upload is not available for my visa route. I have to send the documents to NVC via post.

@Jen Art yes you have to wait for the welcome letter or an invoice. in our case we received invoice few weeks after the approval. Then we proceeded to CEAC portal to make payment using the case ID and invoice number sent to us. At the moment we’re completing the DS260 form while gathering the necessary document to be submitted via post. Note that after payment, you will have to wait for few days for the payment to be processed before you can complete the DS260 form. Good luck

@nur Tim I just completed the DS 260. I have no clue. I think they will open another tab to submit the civil documents.

@nur Tim if your category is E2 then you have to send all required documents through postal mail to NVC services center as stated on your letter and checklist. our case is now documentarily completed (DQ) we’re now waiting for interview invitation letter.

@nur Tim I am not sure the date we got DQed. I reached out to AskNVC via online inquiry regarding the status of our submission, they responded on April 9th that we have been DQ, that we should now wait to be scheduled for an interview. Although few days after (April 11th) we received an official notification via email from NVC that we have been DQed

We haven’t gotten an IV yet, still waiting. my understanding is that you will go with all the documents submitted to NVC to the interview or the interview invitation letter will state what you can come in with. Questions would basically be about what you have submitted, you and your spouse.
