OP here, I should add that I have a masters degree but majored in business and accounting from a Canadian university but my job title is Product Manager working for a tech company (500+ people). I also have ~5 years of experience working as a Product Manager FWIW.

it’s always better to take the lawyer prepared file and go to the airport. 10mins is approved

Jimmy - interestingly, my future employer's attorney recommend the USCIS TN premium processing route as my education isn't perfectly aligned with the computer systems analyst category. Also, I live in Toronto so YYZ would be risky based on historical data points.

Of course your major in Business certificate is perfect for product manager job. I’m really surprised why the lawyer chose this route. TN is always easier at the airport or land border

umm but product manager is not a TN category - it's just an internal title used by the company. The closest TN category (to product manager) is computer systems analyst and it seems that CBP will likely turn you away if without a computer/IT related degree.
