Hi Kieran - how did you make an infopass appointment?

biden, i had to call them and convince the robot to let me talk to a human. i then waited 50 minutes on hold. the person on the line told me someone would call me back within 14 days. the person called me 24 days later and set up the appointment with the local office a week later. so it took a month to make a phone call.
