lawfully predicted me the highest bar on my chart also and that was 3 months ago. I haven't gotten anything as yet. The predictions are not always correct.

I guess I am the unlucky 38%, I was very hopeful and have been checking status multiple times a day since August. I am now less and less hopeful, maybe it’s going to take forever, I just hope my 485 gets approved before my EAD expires. so painful!

sorry to burst your bubble but those predictions are not reliable. I’m in the same boat, now it says 23% chance to get it by Jan 23 and I don’t trust that either. :)

same like you. it was 62% till today and i was hoping I will get it coz predictions for my other applications worked really well. anyway, 90 days after rfe submitted to texas nothinh happened. my case eb3 unskilled

well, my bubble has officially bursted. no update, nothing at all, and they didn’t respond to my inquiry either.

it’s frustrating sometimes to see cases filed in April or May 2021 be adjudicated (same category) while many older folks still are waiting. We’ve already waited so long to be eligible to file and after that there’s still no processing order. :(

@aR I, yes, it is frustrating and I am with you. I don’t understand how they prioritize these cases, my case has been with them since 2020 October, it makes me feel forgotten.
