Hi there,
quick question on the supporting financial documents for NVC.
My husband filed his taxes for 2023 back in February but his tax transcript is not available yet. Is it possible to submit his 2022 tax transcript and his 2023 W2? We will also submit recent pay stubs, a letter from his landlord and an employment letter.
Will this be alright?

i believe he should also submit his form 1099 along with the w2 for 2023 if he’s not able to do the tax transcript. but def double check online
