@Magic Magic vawa is a humanitarian visa for abused spouses of US citizens or greencard holders. It can be emotional or physical abuse. In my case I was emotionally abused and my ex infected me with a chronic disease while we were married.

@ernest oaikhenan yes, sir. Answer to the first question: Yes! My vawa was aproved before the medical request. Second Answer: No, after I sent my medical records they didn't send me any written receipt, ONLY NOTIFICATION ONLINE ON HERE. 🙏

@Rui Morito c9 because c31 only gives you a work permit when vawa is aproved. C9 is always better!
