what does your i360 say online? approved? if it’s not a c31 it might not not be because of the i360 approval

liza liza ~ You already KNOW the struggle I’ve had w/this one! smh I have to find a job quickly, because I won’t be able to take the job my friend offered me, due to her having one resident who would need to be transferred from the bed to the toilet etc. My knees are so bad now, I need an operation. Yes the I360 says it’s approved on the USCIS website. I looked at the paperwork the atty filled out. Even though I was filing for Vawa, she didn’t fill out the i765 form under that category. She filed it under AOS, which would give me the C09 EAD category.

man it’s hard to be completely mad at her smh you really have to be happy that she was at least competent and filed your stuff correctly cause lord knows some attorneys would’ve messed up. she was just lazy after she got the money smh. but uscis is crazy with that wait time for the co9.

and oh wow sorry you won’t be able to work with your friend. but yes find something that won’t affect your health. and hurry and apply for the insurance. I’m about to apply for insurance with my prima facie smh I need dental work

liza liza ~ look under my other post. I copied to Google reviews from Nicole’s clients. I think she forgot to send my first EAD application from 2020, coz I know ppl who filed for the EAD after me, got it some months later. I kept asking her for tracking info, but she never gave it to me, then reading this other review from her client, I know I’m not complaining for nothing.

okay I saw it she’s very very crazy and it had to be that cause I’ve never seen 2 years for the AOS EAD smh she’s terrible but at least she did it the right way and not caused you any problem with her silly behind

Yeah I spoke to my friend & before she could,have any reservations about my strength & abilities I told her my concerns. Like I said, she’s a solid friend & I would never want to put her in a compromising position if something happened to me or a patient on the job. I’ll find something. 😊 liza let me know how that works out, I tried to get health insurance w/the Prima Facie’s but kept getting turned down. They wanted more proof that I was permitted to stay in the States.

I did mine on the health market (or whatever it’s called). I filled the application out by myself & I spoke to a representative at another time. Even though I told them about Vawa & gave them my A#, it wasn’t enough. After all the back & forth I my got fed up & left it alone. Now I REALLY need coverage coz I can’t go on limping & my knees giving out. I got so desperate this year that I participated in a paid orthopedic pain drug trial for knee pain. The first dose was good, I was out walking my dogs on their leads & everything! The 2nd dose was just a sugar pill. I could hardly move I was so stiff. Now I’m stretching all the time & taking cod liver oil when I remember to do so. My X-rays look terrible. One orthopedic surgeon just sat there staring at them. He said he couldn’t believe those were my knees. If he had to guess, he said he would say they belonged to someone who played football! df?! 😫

Yes I need to be able to support myself. My mother can’t take care of me forever & I want her to stop working too & rest herself. I have too many fabulous plans in the horizon & these arthritic knees are not going to hold me back!

liza it’s a simple mistake. resubmit it & see what happens. I need to resubmit mine with all my immigration docs their asking for along w/some financial statements from my mother, then I’ll see if they approve me for insurance. Why is adulthood so damn hard?

Yes it’s true. Mums bday was yesterday. I can see the fatigue in her face & when she sits down to watch tv, tv is watching her in a matter of minutes! smh I hope we both get through w/this insurance coverage that we can afford. They make everything so tough for us, like they automatically know we’re going to do something wrong. I know PLENTY of Americans that do stuff that foreigners wouldn’t dream of doing. The majority of us come from good backgrounds & have good heads on our shoulders.
