@clo Emmanuel the RFE was basically re-doing my medical because it expired (only has a two year duration) so I just re-did the medical exams and clearances/medical sealed packet from my immigration doctor/USCIS approved doctor

@Babylove Mc it seems that they waived it because it went straight to approved and my lawyer confirmed to keep an eye out for the green card in the mail within 2-4 weeks :)
