I was rejected from ombudsman, and recently sent request from congressman still waiting. how long you wait for the answer from the congressman?

my congressman submitted expedite request last Monday I’m still waiting, they said 2-4 weeks. what reason did the ombudsman give to deny your request?

they said "we are temporarily prioritizing those requests in which our intervention may be most effective. Those include requests involving:
non-receipt of USCIS notices or decisions, such as requests for evidence, appointment notices, or decisions even if USCIS systems indicate that it issued one, or instances where the U.S. Postal Service returned a card to USCIS as non-deliverable;
cases where a noncitizen may “age-out” of eligibility for the requested immigration benefit within 90 days. See Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) | USCIS for additional information;
certain cases involving U.S. military personnel and their families;
clear USCIS error, to include typographical errors;
individuals in removal proceedings before the immigration court with a hearing scheduled within 6 months and has an application/petition pending before USCIS that could impact the outcome of the removal proceedings;
delays with USCIS sending an approved petition to the U.S. Department of State’s National Visa Center; and
expedite requests approved by USCIS more than 2 months ago."
