I am so surprised how it took you one year to get biometrics. you submitted application in august 2022 and biometrics in June 2023. is the time line true?

@Tara Hope it is possible that this individual has an EB-3 perm filing which means their PD is the date the LCA was filed not the date I-140 as with your case as a Nurse. This is possible

it could have been faster, but I was out for travel during the first biometrics request for a whole month, hence I gor rejected and have either file motion to reopen o refile new one, I pick the first option
