Finally there is a Change.
I’ve been waiting for this to change!! I hope that I will see my case terminated. I do not know what this RFE is about. I guess it will be the medical, because I submitted my case in 2022, before the new rule.
I’m so excited!!!

I received an RFE this week. It was for medicals (I previously submitted medicals in 2023), along with proof of employment authorization and a letter from my employer verifying that I am still working in the same capacity.

Actually, it is the third time I am sending medical exams. The first time was when I first applied in 2022, but they lost it. In 2023, they requested new exams saying they couldn’t find what I had sent. In the meanwhile, the retrogression took place. Now, they say the second exams have expired. $1,700 more. Despite it, I’m happy my case is moving.
