@Timz Tk did u submit medical and Visa screening at the time of filing I 485 ?

@AS SA I was F1 student, after I got EAD and SSN I stopped paying the tuition and started working.

Also, ur medical did not have polio vaccine record that time. did u ? now polio vaccine is required by law.

@Husi siwanda yes I am a nurse. I did not receive the OPV/IPV vaccines. I took an English test just in case it was required for the visa screening, but USCIS didn't ask for anything at all. Perhaps this is because I changed my visa status from a student visa to an EB-3.
