I rewrote a huge part, put more evidences and propose another approach in my professional plan. my background +15y Cybersecurity Field, 8 patents and BS Computer Science with post graduate first application 2020 denied 2022 second application Nov/2022 I-140 Approval April/2023 w/Expedite Parole Approval November/2023 I-485 Approva Aug/15/2024 when I received my RFE, I answered but I started to prepare my new application. don’t delegate your process and your life for attorneys, in general this people not explain your life, duties and merits better than you. another advice hire another attorney to review your process. last advice read your entire process, because is your dream and not the your attorney goal. the process like a rollercoast but if have documents and evidence trust the process and follow the rules above. good luck guys!

@Gil E could you please share me what your interview was like? we just got interviewe scheduled and it will be likely in San Antonio Field office. i don’t know why we got an interview because usually niw don’t need interviews.

My interview was very straightforward. My background, my duties on my actual job in USA (my pov the office tried to verify if I work with my background and aligned with my petition), how long time I was married. Simple questions, all process was 30 minutes.

oh my God interview was in Nov 2023 and now approved normally they said max 120 days u will get decision. I did my interview in Dallas FO. June 2024 my PD June 2022 what @Gil E you think about my case when I can get approved. I'm still on F1 status can I stop going school

@Gil E I was current since Jan 2024, my 140, 765, and 131 approved and interview was done in June alreday two month still status is Interview is Scheduled what you think still I need to Continue my f1 status
