Finally greened! But spouse got RFE on the same day.
Finally after a long wait! Finally greened today!!
However, spouse’s status changed to RFE today as well…. Our lawyer suspects something to do with our marriage certificate.
Anyone has experience with spouse getting RFE or being otherwise delayed?
If so, any insight as to how long it takes?

@CW L Congratulations. long time without see any GC approval. Let’s start the hunger games 2025 new fiscal year. Don’t worry about your spouse it’s not a big deal. My PD is January 2023 I hope to receive good news soon.
