@Ruben Chavez Congratulations! What was your RFE for?

@Ruben Chavez did your wife case changed status to fingerprints applied or what status does she have?
Ruben ChavezAug 17, 2024
@MD Kashif I applied to the national benefits center, for the i140 I submitted my google scholar webpage, my letters that showed that I was part of a reviewers committee in two journals, my conference awards, my letters of recommendation from other US professor that were different from my university and only cited my work, and a plan on what I will do in the future as well as the regular ID documents like visa passports etc. For 485 was only ID documents, doctor documents, two letters of the people that I work with that are helping me to continue my endeavors.

@Mr BD I sent my birthday certificate but they asked for another birthday document that my contry issues and I would say is more “ official” and needed actual signatures from the government that showed I was born in the country I submitted
Ruben ChavezAug 17, 2024
@M A yes, she is currently in finger prints applied

@Ruben Chavez thanks! another question she was separated? where’s her case at?
Mr BDAug 17, 2024
@Ruben Chavez Thanks for the reply. I also received an RFE for birth certificate even though it was included in my initial submission. I replied and included the same birth certificate along with the reciprocy agreement from the State Department website which shows my birth certificate as acceptable and valid. So far there has been no further response, my dates are similar to yours, so maybe soon.
