Filed May, 2020, October 2022 RFE on Medical, May 2024 Interview, and changed to “my case must be reviewed” immediately after the interview, July 2024 I-130 Approved, same month RFE on medical again. August I-485 Approved. Baltimore came through finally!!!

congratulations. how long from I130 approval to the I485 approval? I had my interview August 1 and the approved my I130 next day. I'm waiting for my I485
