@shiv sta how can we ask Emma to see if the case is being reviewed by the officer? Any specific question to ask them? Because everytime I ask Emma something I get a general questions

@sky91 light - I just asked them if they could please share any information as to when my case was last reviewed by an office. exact question: ‘can you share the last time my case was reviewed?’
