Vermont service center. The rfe evidence was sent to my field office in Jacksonville Field FL where my 485 was being handled for them to make the decision the final
Side none the i130 approval letter came on the 16th but the system just updated as approved 👌

Hi, congrats! I have a question :) I see that you submitted the I-485 1 year after the I-130 is this because you're outside of the US? If not, the PD for the I-485 was the same as the PD for the I-130? Thank you in advance

I am in the US but my first 485 was denied so 4 months after I refiled. and so this one is the second 485..And a month after it was filled it got waived in April but they had to wait on the i130 to get approved to issue the green card.
