@j p @s s on the USCIS website, there is a page to submit an inquiry. my reason was “taking longer than expected”. in the second inquiry, I’m pretty sure I put something like this is a follow up inquiry that I was advised to submit after 90 days of my first inquiry response since no action has been taken
