Finally got approved 🙌
It took a year and a month and finally we got approved, please let me know what else I have to do afterwards my husband is not in the U.S. so his case got sent to NVC so what's next?

@Militza Sanchez Congratulations on getting the first step approved. Next, your case will be transferred to the National Visa Center, they will prepare it for onwards movement to the embassy in the country where your husband lives. Then you will get an email from them to submit supporting documents. if your documents are deemed sufficient, your will be send an email informing you that you’ve been documentarily qualified. Next, your husband will file a DS-260, get scheduled and attend an interview. All these will occur in the next one year, assuming he isn’t from a banned country.

i applied on 16 march 2025, congratulations to you this gives hope. seems like we're next, hopefully the immigrants visa pause will be lifted soon
