Hi guys, how long usually is the processing for the I-824 follow to join? I’m planning to submit I-824 for my daughter, but also hesitant it will take so long than filing I-130 instead. any suggestions?

@Z h I sent my medical last month at Boston and waiting for them their acknowledgment. I hope they will approve mine soon! (I live in another state)

@Z h were U transfered to any field office or U got your approval directly from NBC? I heard when cases are transferred either to other centers or to field offices, it shorten the processing time. Mine is stucked @ NBC center with no Field Office, means I will have to wait forever before I can get response or approval.

@JENNIFER AHANA Apparently, my case got transferred to Boston and I got medical RFE from Boston office. I sent it in and waiting for the confit of them receiving it right now. It’s been 11 days since it was delivered.
