@akil mcnish I got a lawyer. We submitted the application for I-601A in September 2022, biometrics in November 2022, approved March 7.

congrats . hopefully it will be my husband turn soon we are still waiting for an approval for I-601A waiver (receipt date October 2022) hopefully really soon , bringing all approval dust to all of us here . AMEN ! 🙏
