finally approved!
got a request for further evidence a couple of weeks ago. I have not sent anything, but I got my green card in the mail today!!!! has this happened to anyone before? do I need to send the evidence still?

😂 I wouldn’t send anything especially if you already got the green card and your case is approved. Maybe save the evidence or whatever in case they ask again. They wouldn’t have approved your case if they needed the evidence I don’t think

bonafide marriage. I had already sent bills, pictures, marriage certificate, house title. the Rfe asked for the same thing I had already sent with application.

I didn’t get a letter of approval. but now that I checked the online account they all changed to approved and card delivered

congrats 🎉 ..Gives me hopes because my rfe is for my 1-485 but I can’t think see what they are asking for yet . neither can I think of what they could possibly want since I sent all evidence for the 485 smh

Congratulations! It's possible that USCIS found your evidence in the file after sending you the RFE. They are not that organized so might have missed those somehow... My mom even had a wrong photo printed on her I-131 document, which was so wild hahaha 😂
