@Dill abdu how did you get to removal proceedings? was your application denied? how long did it take from denial to the removal proceedings? If you could share your story I would greatly appreciate it as I am confused as to what to do, if I should continue staying here in the US or just leave the country? I bhad recieved a NOIT (notice of intention to terminate my 2 years green card). I have responded but I couldn’t get enough evidence to use to respond and I’m nervous.

you have to get your removal procedure terminated with the judge if eligible judge can adjust your status if not you start a process with uscis I-485 time varies from 1 to 2 years with the way uscis is working now til you get your green card
