FINALLY APPROVED!
Hi everyone! We finally got approved!!
Im absolutely grateful and in shock while typing this!we still cant believe it… thank you so much to everyone whose supported us with all the inquiries we had ❤️ and i pray everyone gets approved soon too! We all deserve to be with our loved ones
Here is our timeline to help someone who requires assistance
My husband applied for the i130 petition on September 30th 2022 (LPR)
Active review 1 - 30th Nov 2022
Huband applied for citizenship N400 Nov 2023
Got our N400 approved and interview schedule notice on Jan 10th 2024
Interview was held on Feb 15th 2024
Active review 2 - Feb 18th 2024
Oath ceremony was scheduled for March 8th 2024
(Tip: My husband went and spoke to one of the supervisors there after the oath asking them if they can look into our i130 petition to upgrade from F2A to IR1) … tip is to speak to someone who can help you with it
Active review 3 - March 9th 2024
I130 approval - March 9th 2024 (our notice used to say LPR, the approval notice mentioned ‘husband or wife of US Citizen’
(USCIS account still says ‘case is being actively reviewed’ but the document tab had the approval notice
Now awaiting for NVC
We are absolutely grateful to god and everyone whose supported us on this journey and we really hope this information helps others as well! Goodluck to everyone! 👏🏼

what is your service center? we almost have the same priority date and my husband became naturalized citizen on March 28, our case is still actively reviewing. i hope we get the approval soon
