@Mahesh Pokhrel hey when you got RFE for medical, did the letter mentioned that polio vaccine is mandatory. if yes, on what section did your civil surgeon add that information because the I-693 form that I am checking on USCIS page doesnβt have polio vaccine listed under part 10. vaccination record.
Mahesh PokhrelJul 28, 2025
@blue luck Once you get the polio vaccine, the surgeon will sign the vaccination part. Otherwise he will ask you to get it first. In the RFE letter it was clearly mentioned specifically for polio vaccine.
blue luck Jul 28, 2025
@Mahesh Pokhrel yes I got it as soon as I read the RFE. I was just wondering in which section of I-693 form did the surgeon record itβs information because I did not see polio listed under vaccination record section. USCIS clearly have asked for it so I donβt want that information to be missed out.
Mahesh PokhrelJul 28, 2025
@blue luck it was in part 10. Vaccination record and mentioned as IPV. this should be checked if you got polio vaccine.
