@V O @WRV NIW ROW no they never completed the SR. but today was Day 30 after I submitted it so I’m sure that was their deadline. they sent me an email (USCIS) that the SR would be reviewed in 30 days maximum.

@Charlie SC RFE was asking for information I was working in my proposed endeavor. when I submitted the i140 I was in student status so they needed proof of a job / intention to work in my field

Thank you @A. N. . One more thing, my Attorney submitted SR last April 29th and my Attorney got response regarding receiving SR from USCIS yesterday May 8th. The response from USCIS “We are still reviewing your case. We will mail you a notice when we make a decision.”. Is this normal to receive such response after 10 days of submitting SR. Need your comments about that @Yas I @WRV NIW ROW @V O

@F A I submitted two months ago and got a response a month ago. I submitted after being current.

@WRV NIW ROW okay great. But, during their response you were already current so that response is not relevant to your application, I think. Because, you already current a month ago. Hopefully, your application will be approve soon.

@F A I never received a reply to the SR. When I submitted it they emailed me the SR number and said we will aim to process in 30 days (automatic email)
