@God will make a way some how they asked me for additional evidence (their birth certificate needed to be up to date) and after I sent it, less than a week later I got the approval notice on the documents tab and next day it showed that it was approved.

@God will make a way some how yes, they most complete the process through the consulate, after the approval notice they send it to the NVC where I receive a welcome letter, pay fees and submit some more documentation, after they approve the documents they are going to schedule an interview at the consulate and after that they will receive their residence to enter USA and as they are minors they will be granted citizenship automatically.
