finally an update
I just got to hear that they transferred my case to the Denver Field office and that an officer is working on it.
after requesting 2 status updates without answer I contacted the senator they answered to them in 2weeks. last update was 16january.. that they received my rfe

Same with me. My case was transferred to field office. They replied that they received the rfe on January 24th and after that I had no more response. pd July 2022

@m June 2022 after you send documents to senator did they respond that they receive ur documents or they just responded to you when they got response from USCIS?

@Empress H I first sent them an email with my story. after that she told me to fill out 2 forms. and they took care of everything else.

@m June 2022 yes but how long after you send your for did they respond to you? also when u send those 2 forms did they acknowledge receipt or they just respond when USCIS responds to them

@Empress H they respond the same day. and yes she told me she took care of the forms and will forward it to the uscis. the uscis came back in 2 weeks

did you reach out to the senator of Colorado? how exactly did you go about it? I filed for my green card in April of 2022 and haven’t heard anything.

@cedric mosimann yes I did it through their website and in 24hours I got a response from a representative of the senator. she told me what she needed and filled it for me
