Finally an Interview for both I-130 and I-485
Today, I received a notification about an update on my case, and it turns out an interview has been scheduled. Long story short, I already have a green card, but it was mistakenly issued to me by USCIS. They allowed me to keep it, but I decided to reapply for a new green card through my wife, whom I married four years after receiving my current one. Does anyone have insight into the types of questions typically asked during the I-485 interview?

This is my first time hearing this! USCIS issued a green card by mistake. Like you have not applied for I-485 and USCIS send you a green card that is valid for 10 years. I am just curious to know if you do not mind. As for the questions, the officer asked me ( the petitioner) about I-130 questions first, then asked questions like where did you meet ( the officer says that any of us could answer), yes that was the only question that the officer asked) then we provided more pictures but was not interested in seeing more and said that she had enough to make a decision and then asked my wife some of the yes/no questions. I-130 approved right after but I-485 took about 33 days! Good luck!

oh I did apply for the green card well my mom did at the time I was 17 years old based on what I now know i am now 36. I was supposed be having the process outside of the states but my mother had sent a letter to immigration stating I was in the states so in the process I had no status in the states but they still approved the i485 I did with my mother.
