finally!
I’m writing this message to all the dreamers out there that yesterday I was one of them, Hang in there 👊🏼☀️as of today and after 6 years of hope i became a US citizen and I can fly freely everywhere I want. to all of you who are waiting, don’t give up on hope , get busy and do good in the society you live in and one day you will get what you are waiting for . respect the opportunity that you are living now and don’t worry about the future. may god be with you all and bring all the happy news your way.

got my green card March 2019
applied for removal condition last day of December 2020
“” Covid hit “”” 😆
got two extension lettters 18 months and 24 months
applied for citizenship Feb 2024 after being in the country with not even a parking ticket for 5 years.
got my interview August 2024
my premenant green card got approved after two days of that interview.
got the actual citizenship interview January 2025 as the one on august the officer said we have to conduct the i751 first and we will reschedule the civic test.
got a recommendation of approval at the end of the civic test interview. the officer asked 6 questions and then reviewed my application information and asked few questions about my case and taxes filing.
she congratulated me at the end and then I got my oath ceremony notice.
went to the ceremony with family and friends.
decided to leave a message for you guys to tell you it’s going to happen one way or another . just be patient and don’t let it get to your head. I know the feeling of being trapped and not being able to fly or move freely
I know the feeling of every job hiring you have to explain and provide a lot of documents
I know the feeling of when you fly and something happens to your passport that have a stamp that proof your return back to the states and you can’t come back after 3 month of being trapped at your home country not knowing if you will be back or not.
I know the feeling of the boarding officer at the airport counter looking at you and suspect and ask the supervisor with a lot of suspense.
at the end here I’m officially a citizen and applied for my passport and will change my drivers license along with social security to be a citizen.
first thing I’ll do as a citizen is I’ll say to immigrants (go back to your country 😂 ) just kidding. Hope you have a wonderful day

one more important thing ,
if you are too busy to study the civic test . there is a YouTube video that helped me a lot to memorize all the 100 questions and mind map it so easily days before the test i played it many times on my car will try to post it here
