yes I have to wait 6 months before I submit 485, and eb3 retrogress again this year, my case was transferred to FO before CRP

my case moved to CRP at july, before CRP it already transfer to FO, my PD is 2022/07

no plan to celebrate, if I have choice I’ll quit immediately lol but now I have to stay in current job

my RFE is about work proof, they ask me to provide like latest three paychecks and tax file record

I know this process is extremely exhausted, endless waiting is the worst feeling, I also see one of my friends who filed PERM like only 3 months before me but he already got his GC last summer… so just hang in there guys! don’t give up.

sorry I think I misunderstood some questions, I thought CRP is like VISA bulletin retrogress so my case is not able to be processed, but it’s not, so in my case, it never went to CRP

the only status update before approve is the RFE notification

@YL C yes it's all about patience and wait. my pd is 2021 . they ask same like latest documents from employer, already submitted and received email saying that it's sufficient enough and been sent for adjudication. also said can't say how long because depends on the work load they have . hopefully it will be soon

I don’t really remember the the file I sent for 485, company lawyers prepared it, but I submit on oct 2023 and they started review on Aug 2024, so maybe that’s why they want to check again I still work in the company
