There wasn’t any movement on the case until I submitted an inquiry in regards to why it was taking so long back in December. They finally looked into the case in January, and I (a US citizen born and raised) was scheduled to have a biometrics appointment. After that was completed the case was approved within a couple days.

I am a us citizen as well. they havent moved nothing on my account like this is taken a long time but I file on May 25,2023 what to do ……

@Regina Bailey you can keep an eye on the case processing times and once it is out of the estimated time the majority of cases are approved you can contact your congressman or https://www.dhs.gov/topic/cis-ombudsman/forms/7001#no-back for further assistance. Hopefully it is approved soon for you all!
