FILLING FORM I-130
Hi Lawfully family please I will need your advice on a worried mind. I'm a PR who plans to petition for my wife and daughter overseas. So now my worry is, which other form(s) do I need together with ##i130#. do I need to file 130 together with 130a?, and if yes can I sign 130a for my wife since she is overseas.
Please 🙏 help an unrest mind. thanks.

you send them together, but why not apply online instead of mail, online is much easier and quicker

I am not sure you can file the I-130a online. You need to file it and upload it like you do with the evidence. The online filing, evidence uploading and payment is straight forward.

I recommend you to file online through USCIS website . go youtube and write your case . there are a lot of tutorial videos how to file all type of cases .. youtube is going to help you a lot . thats what I used to file my petition online . very helpful . good luck on your case .

Emil's journey so far on the form i130 is going to be an option asking for the passport number . just the passport number ..
and at the end you will need to upload a 2x2 picture selfie from you and you wife .. like I said before . youtube can help you with everything . im leaving a link how to fill the I130 online through youtube ..
