think of it as this way. a kid is crying incessantly and parent needs to pacify the kid. don’t give him the candy yet. just show him he might get it. he will be happy and stop crying for a while.

@Lulu. Potmac is ranging between 10-12 months but some people do get approved before that. It’s a waiting game unless you expedite with valid reasons.

I’m still within the processing time I think you can’t make an inquiry until a certain date it all on their website, that date for me is still sep 2022

I have to say Potomac is one of the slowest SC and very inconsistent. A lot of us our cases are in Potomac

filed November 8th 21 became actively reviewed June the 6th 22 hasn’t changed yet but I’m praying 🙏🏻

mine say i can’t submit a request until January 2024 if i don’t hear anything anytime soon. but my case was transferred to vermont

It basically means your case has been assigned to an office but not necessarily being looked at. You’re gonna need some patience now because the wait begins..🙏🏽
