Filing Mandamus Pro Se
I have noticed that many people are struggling to figure out how to file a mandamus without hiring a lawyer — which makes sense, considering most charge between $5,000 and $8,000. I spent some time reviewing posts and resources online, and I found someone who successfully filed pro se (on their own) and has helped others do the same. I’ve attached links to several useful articles that explain how to file a mandamus without spending a fortune on legal fees. Most of the time, USCIS is not out there sending lawyers to come argue in court or counter sew you. You just happen to fall in the very long queue and a mandamus is simply going to make them look your direction. Good luck!!!!

@Xha Cha thanks for sharing your template and the link to other resources. The template you shared was this the final edit of your mandamus after the Fiverr lawyer edited it to make make it worthy enough to take to court? Did it cost you only $405 to file or are there other fees?
