Not really, last week I was about 10 days away to be out of normal processing times.....but then they updated the normal processing times one extra month. So even if I want, I can not do it. Or can I raise a SR regardless?

@Fer Sun, i140 Any RFE? i765 was approved at the NSC?

No RFE for now..and the I-765 was at the National Benefits Center. my I-140 and I-485 all in Nebraska. when I sent the AOS package they moved it around as they pleased

Will you wait to send SR or are you planning to send an expedite request or congressman or ombudsman?

I had a chat with a live agent through the chat today. I explained that my current visa was expiring in 3 months and they did a request to check the status in NSC. So fingers crossed
