pls pls ignore that paralegal. upload everything you have under #unsolicitedevidence. it saves a lot of time. I have posted about this. I really think it helps your case. focus on valuable information and not mere pictures. get creative.

Upload, upload, upload! Now is the time to overwhelm USCIS with evidence—don’t hold back. This is not the moment for second-guessing. I sometimes feel that some lawyers or paralegals try to maintain a sense of restraint, as if they don’t want to appear desperate. But in reality, they’re handling someone else’s future, and there’s no room for unnecessary caution. Thankfully, my lawyer was incredible. She always left the door open for me to upload documents at my discretion while also suggesting additional evidence we should include. That kind of collaboration made all the difference.

I would always recommend reaching out to your lawyer before making any decision on what to do, this app is extremely helpful and there is many people that are very knowledgeable. but all of our cases are diff. you don’t want to do anything and than set yourself back. good luck your almost there 🤞🏼🙌🏼🎉

@ella umbrella no update yet and the USCIS live agent told me that I’m in line for an interview. but there’s no Specific date yet. but they first told me my interview was waived. no update in my documents either
