Hello guys, my lawyer just put my son papers in.He’s 13 years old
he’s in Jamaica. do you guys think the process is going to take long?
How long does the I130 takes to be approved?

It depends on which service center and visa bulletin. I've been waiting since December 2022 with no approval yet. (California Service Center)

my kids in Ja too my husband petition for them since Jan 2021 my eldest daughter was 17 now she’s going 22. I email congress today. it move form reviewed to still in process since Jan 2024 was the last update .
