Filed N-400 with pending I-751 (Dallas Field Office)
Last week, I filed my N-400 while my I-751 is pending (382 days). Got a notification today “As of December 7, 2022, we are actively reviewing your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization”
Let’s hope this translates to good news 😊#I-751 #N-400

i file my n400 two weeks ago with pending i751 (392days ) today . get the same notification actively reviewing . both cases are in national benefits center

There’s an update on my case. On December 12, 2022, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice.

Have you received the notification that case has been transferred to a new office that has jurisdiction? I got that today

no. I just submitted my n400 today. It says case is actively being reviewed

@Elle, yes I got the same notification, after that it said fingerprint has been applied to my I-751, which was already applied in January. so I’m waiting for the next update now.

My 751 got updated to finger print taken. It was transferred to new office before. did anyone else open get updated too?

yes I got the same. After that you’ll get “Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction”

i had that before. then it changed to finger print were taken. Will keep you posted on the next one
