Hey! can someone explain to me why my docs say National Benefits Center but Emma told me it’s being processed in Chicago. I don’t understand this. TIA

NBC is a service center. cases are transferred to field offices for approvals. it’s normal.

@Lady Bird go onto USCIS website and click on ask Emma. then type live agent and keep clicking live agent over a couple times and you’ll get to chat with a human being. they’re usually 100% useless, but once in a while you get some good info
