field office Brooklyn
hi all!
3 weeks ago an agent Emma told me that my case is still at National Benefits Center and it shows that the interview is waived.
Today another agent told me the case is at Brooklyn Field office and apparently he/she didn’t know when it was transferred.
Anybody else with a similar situation?

same here. one told me it was on field office, another on NBC and another one again on field office. at the end, it is on field office, Brooklyn.
