Fiancée left due to family medical issues
My fiancée was here for 30 days of her 90 day fiancée visa. She went back to the Philippines because of her moms medical emergency. How do we go about getting her back here to the USA?

I don’t think she ou lè be able to come back..if she can prove documents maybe . you can always contact a lawyer…

she won’t be able to come back you will need to start the process again

start the application again because she has 90 days to get married in order to get the green card,but she interrupted the process.she'll get the visa again
