750 + 85 for biometrics

@My Case thank you.do you know if I can pay it by two checks,or does it have to be added up together and sent in one check?

@Ana S i did mine through money order and yes, i added it so it was 835 on the money order. i think doing the same on a check will be okay

@My Case have you heard back from them yet?I spoke to an agent today and asked the same question about the fees etc,and he said it’s only $750 with biometrics included.

@Ana S if you want your package to get returned back to you, you can do what the agent told you.

@My Case but in a Fee Rule Summary about updated fees it says : “We also kept the following changes from the proposed rule. Specifically, the final rule: Incorporates biometric services costs into the main benefit fee and eliminates a separate biometric services fee in most cases (Temporary Protected Status and the filings accepted on behalf of the Executive Office for Immigration Review are exceptions, where the final rule establishes a separate biometric services fee of $30 instead of the $85 pre-4/1/2024 fee);
