Feel like Im missing something
I am the petitioner. I-129F received by California Service Center August 12th, 2022. Transferred to Vermont January 19th, 2023. Biometrics notice was sent February 2nd, 2023. Completed biometrics in March 2023. No word on anything since then. Did Vermont receive my biometrics? Do they request biometrics from everyone? I have criminal convictions from 2016. Is that why they needed them? Also, will my case be thrown in with people whose cases were received by Vermont in August 2022? Or alongside cases received by Vermont in January 2023 (transfer date)? thanks

I also have an I-129f that was filed Aug 17, 2022. Mine is at the California service center I believe. They haven't done anything with mine. Still just says recieved. I would think since they are asking for biometrics that you are further along than you think. I also think Vermont has shorter processing times. You also should still have your own place in line, your transfer date won't become your new priority date.

I also have an I-129f July 2022. Haven’t heard anything since the receipt notice.

I think theyre wrapping up with April 2022 submissions. general wait time is about 13 months rn

Vermont handles K1 cases for petitioners who need additional background screening. Your original receipt date remains Aug 2022 and you should be processed accordingly. I wouldn't say in order because USCIS does not really have a first in first out process.
Your case status online should be updated to say Biometrics Received.

i applied in Aug 11,2022, i called Uscis last week they told me theyre working on cases that were filed in nov 2021
