Dec 2020 filler here still waiting. I think you have a long wait in front of you, unfortunately. It can be anywhere between 12 and 14 months to get EAD. Maybe longer.

I think you may be more likely to get GC before EAD Uros, they may be trying to do those rather than issue an EAD.

I have seen a few February 2021 approvals for I-485 EADs from the Texas center. The processing times (11-13 months) from USCIS seem accurate for the most part.

How can it be accurate for the most part when you have a ton of people (literally) in Nov and Dec 2020 who still haven’t received an EAD. A lot haven’t even done biometrics. Do not trust the processing times. Just a friendly advice. CG at this point I don’t even care, lol, I just want something so I can work.

Here’s a useful sight to help track the EADs that SRC adjudicates everyday. They post 11pm Eastern time. It provides useful insights into the EAD series that are being processed and ones that are pending. Since the 14th of December, there have been many January, February and March cases processed. I track it daily. https://public.tableau.com/app/profile/nagesh8819/viz/SRCCaseTracker-I765Approvals/I-765ApprovalsbyStatus

Ann, it’s a web based program that can be accessed through a browser. It is unclear how the data is obtained, but my best guess is that a script is run to gather data for all receipt numbers from SRC21900-SRC21902 everyday on the USCIS case status site. SRC-21-900 are mainly October 2020 cases SRC-21-901 are mainly October 30th 2020 to March 19th 2021 cases SRC-21-902 are generally March 20th 2021 to June 18th 2021 cases.

Emad, it is my dream too. Been waiting for 8 months and had an expedite request denied.

Emad T yes. My ead is based on pending AOS application Brian, yeah I know about this tableau. And if you take a closer look it is pretty random. You have cases from March and Feb last year that got approved, but you still have cases from Nov and Dec 2020. So they are not following “first in first out” principle like they say, which the processing times are based on. Hence, the processing times don’t mean much. It is just a rough estimate, a guess. Don’t pay too much attention to it.

Hi all, Feb 1st based on AOS and nothing yet. Uros is right some days they approve a bunch of March cases and the day after they come back to Oct/Nov/Dec cases. Not sure how is the logic of USCIS. Maybe the delay EAD process depending on your category. I guess c9 is being the worst.
