May 15 nothing since complete biometrics

@rayan m I have the same PD. Did you apply all together(i765,i130,i486)? If so did you send it to NBC?

I did not I just did the i130 that’s the only thing my lawyer had me do so far @P D

@p Z when did they ask you to do biometrics ?

what process center is your i130s being processed from if you don’t both mind me asking @p Z @P D

@rayan m Mine is being processed at NBC and I had my biometrics done in one month of my PD. I think biometrics are only for i765, and i485 if you only applied for i130 they wont have you do biometrics just now. Also if you just apply for i130 it may take a lot longer as you would have to apply for i765 and i485 after that and than you’ll have to wait again.

no matter what I would still have to do a i765 and i485 even if I am only doing an i130 ? @P D

@rayan m Yes eventually you’ll have to do that for your spouse to get greencard(i485) and work permit(i765). If you dont mind me asking is your spouse in the states or outside? Also you mentioned that you have a lawyer, did he not mention all about i485 and i765?

@P D oh okay I did not know this , my spouse is outside the states and no first my lawyer let’s focus on the i130 i am not sure if they know a time frame of when to apply for the i485 and i765 maybe that’s why bought I will definitely bring it it up , he’s done cases for people like me and my situation and was good at getting people and their spouses in to the states so i am not sure ,

@rayan m If your spouse is outside the states than yes definitely i130 will be the only thing you’ll file for i was in states that is why i had to do all together but however one of my family member who was out of states did file for i130 in nov 2023 it got approved in aug 2025 but now that they are doing quick i hope yours get approved quick.

@rayan m same mine says recieved since 7 months with 3 month remaining timeline whats yours remaining timeline and what embassy i put djbouti but plannning to change to riyadh

where did you see 3 month remaining time line ? and same dijibouti but I am thinking also to change it to Riyadh @abdul kader

@rayan m click on myprogress tab on myuscis account it will show you alot of people say it is not reliable but inshallah it is 3 months or less until descision

@abdul kader inshallah it is not because mine says 15 months I don’t know why but I hope inshallah for you it is soon and all of us going through this process may Allah swt make it easy for us and give us patience.
