@Mariela Lopez I’m so sorry to hear that. 😞🥲 The worse part is the waiting period without hearing anything. I suggest you write a letter to your city representative/congressman explaining your situation and asking them to expedite it. I don’t know if you’ve done that already. I hope you get answers soon.

@Dessa V No, it has never been done, so today I called and they put it under review because they say that maybe they forgot the case and today they told me that they were going to put it like this so that they can see it and I will wait 30 days for the response on the case but let's hope in God Everything will turn out quickly, thank you very much, friend, for the advice. congratulations!!! I do have a question though: was your PD June 28, 2017? if so, does that mean they can approve the GC case even if the PD is not current in the visa bulletin??

@Gabby Dew Hello, thank you so much! yes, my pd is june 28, 2017. The dates in the visa bulletin says that visas are available for cases up to Sep 2017, so that means my case is included. It doesnt have to be current but the year and month of your pd has to be before the date shown. Did my answer make any sense? haha
