F4 I-130 Concern
We're still waiting but I was just curious, me and my siblings were around 7-9 years old at the time my mother applied for F4 in 2012. Now I'm over 21 and my siblings will age out as well, will I have to apply separately after she gets approved? What's the process going to be? I'd appreciate if anyone could explain

@ham b F4 is for siblings, which means ur mom siblings applied for your mom and u r also included in her i130, u didn't mention if your i130 got approved for not , you can still be eligible, u can minus the #of year u had to wait for i130approval from ur current age.. example PD2012-2025 (approval)= 13year wait time, now 21(ur age)-13(wait time)= 8 current age according to , Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) – under USCIS you still have few more years in your favor if you remain unmarried, I am not a lawyer & it's recommend to consult with one,

@FM GM thank you for the guidance. I will consult a lawyer soon as well as you said. It's not been approved yet but it was migrated to ELIS in 2024

@ham b I believe you will qualify, the longer the wait time to approval the better for those who have kids, since ur PD is 2012 & no approval as yet is a good thing. you can seek help from chatgpt for calculating the formula ☺️based on ur PD and expected visa availability
